Even bakeries can support local agriculture in an albeit small way. Hokulani Bakeshop is proud to introduce a vanilla cupcake filled with fudge made from the RAREST CHOCOLATE IN THE WORLD! Here's how it works: on the north shore of O'ahu a large international fruit company decides to diversify away from the historic pineapple and begins to experiment with coffee and cacao. The Waialua cocoa beans are harvested and sent to the famous Guittard Chocolate Company of San Francisco, who processes the raw beans into 70% cocoa mass 'Waialua Reserve' (TM Dole) chocolate bars. The bars are shipped back to Hawaii to Dal Belmont of the Hawaiian Fudge Sauce Company, who takes this wonderful and rare chocolate and melts a lot of butter, sugar, and love into it to create Hawaii's most delicious fudge sauce.

Hokulani Bakeshop enters the equation by purchasing Dan Belmont's Waialua Reserve Chocolate Fudge, and injecting 1 ounce into our delectable vanilla cupcakes, all topped with our rich buttercream. At only $3.25 per cupcake, we highly recommend you skip the overpriced freeze & thaw desserts from the restaurant and buy a 6 pack of these to share instead!

Zero hydrogenated oil, zero trans fat, and zero corn syrup. We use only pure Grade A sweet cream butter, cane sugar, and fresh, local Ka Lei Brand eggs. Indulge intelligently !

Price is by the dozen. Individual cupcakes available at Restaurant Row bakeshop, $3.25 each plus Hawaii state sales tax.
