We don\'t know how it happened, being all the way out here in the Pacific. But suffice to say, we created one of the best Southern Red Velvet Cupcakes money can buy. Made entirely from scratch, like everything in our tiny little bakeshop, this cupcake features Belgian Callebaut cocoa powder, home-made buttermilk, and topped with our signature cream cheese frosting. Zero margarine, zero hydrogenated oil, zero trans fat, and zero corn syrup. We use only pure Grade A sweet cream butter, cane sugar, and fresh, local Ka Lei Brand eggs. Indulge intelligently !
